This website is for wholesale customers only. Refunds are not offered on trade a product if damaged on receipt we will replace the product. We take care in checking and packaging our items prior to dispatch. In the highly unlikely event that you receive a damaged product you must notify us within 24 hours via email after receiving the item. We will then provide you with an authorization number and upon inspection of the damaged item we will replace it at our sole descretion. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to any returned merchandise that is accepted. The cost for return shipping and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
